Hey there! I’m Britiney Spears, licensed massage therapist and proud owner of Knots Out Massage— where we take stress seriously (but not too seriously). My mission? To help you feel better in your body by working those knots out — literally. With 4 years of experience and training in techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, cupping & stretching— I create personalized sessions that target what your body actually needs — whether that’s deep work on stubborn tension or just some well-earned relaxation time. Whether you’re dealing with tight shoulders, stress that won’t quit, or just need an hour of peace and quiet- I’m here to create sessions that are tailored to you — no cookie-cutter massages here. CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes things come up — we’re all human! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can open the spot for another client in need of relaxation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session rate.
