Hi, I’m Britiney Spears, licensed massage therapist and owner of Knots Out Massage! One of my favorite parts of being a massage therapist is getting to know each client an creating a session that’s truly customized to what their body needs that day! No two massages are ever exactly the same because no two people walk through my door feeling the same. I also love helping clients better understand their bodies because I believe knowing why something hurts is often the first step towards lasting relief. My goal isn’t just to provide a great massage— its to help you leave with a better understanding of your body and the confidence to care for it in between sessions. Whether you’re carrying stress in your shoulders from sitting at a desk all day, struggling with chronic muscle tension, navigating the changes of pregnancy or your body simply needs a chance to slow down and recover, my goal is simple: to help you leave feeling better than when you walked in! I believe massage should never be one-size-fits-all. Every session is customized using the pressure, techniques and focus areas that best support your goals and comfort level.
